Anormal uterin kanama (AUK), kadınlarda yaygın görülen ve yaşam kalitesini olumsuz etkileyen bir durumdur. Bu çalışma, 2013-2023 yılları arasında 35-75 yaş arası 350 kadında AUK'nin prevalansı, etiyolojisi ve tedavi yaklaşımlarını incelemektedir. Literatür taraması ve klinik veriler, AUK'nin hormon dengesizlikleri, yapısal anomaliler, maligniteler ve koagulopati gibi çeşitli nedenlerden kaynaklandığını göstermektedir. Çalışmanın amacı, AUK'nin tanı ve tedavisinde güncel yaklaşımları ve bu yaklaşımların etkinliğini değerlendirmektir. Bulgular, AUK'nin erken teşhis ve uygun tedavi ile yönetilebileceğini ve bu durumun kadın sağlığı üzerindeki olumsuz etkilerinin azaltılabileceğini göstermektedir.
